Job Description:
AriensCo is looking for a driven HR Generalist in our Brillion, WI location to play a key role in supporting AriensCo's talent management, performance management, and total rewards programs. This role provides critical support across benefit administration, learning program logistics, and performance and talent processes-ensuring programs are executed effectively and consistently across the organization.
This role serves as a connector between Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Business Partners-bringing data, insights, and employee behavior trends together to drive performance and smarter benefit utilization.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven HR professional with a strong focus on continuous improvement, leveraging technology, HR systems, and emerging tools (including AI) to enhance processes, insights, and employee experience.
THE DAY TO DAY...
Performance Management & Talent Processes
  • Support the execution of enterprise performance management, including tools, timelines, governance, and leader guidance
  • Assist in talent management activities, including data collection, reporting, and meeting coordination
  • Support alignment between performance outcomes, development actions, and rewards decisions
  • Provide tools and guidance to leaders to support goal setting, performance conversations, and documentation
  • Use talent data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Benefit Consumerism Strategy & Employee Engagement
  • Partner with Total Rewards to advance benefit consumerism initiatives, including Hospital/Provider Trader strategies
  • Research and propose new Total Rewards and benefit design ideas that improve employee engagement and cost effectiveness
  • Analyze employee behavior, benefit utilization, and workforce insights to inform benefit strategies that improve wellbeing, workforce behavior, and business outcomes
  • Support education and change strategies that help employees make informed benefit decisions

HR Partnership & Programs
  • Research emerging trends in benefit consumerism and employee engagement
  • Partner closely with Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and Functional HR leaders
  • Coordinate logistics for training and development programs (scheduling, tracking, communication)
  • Support Ariens Academy and leadership development programs through execution and administration
  • Manage learning systems and track participation and completion data
  • Support continuous improvement of HR programs and employee experience
  • Support change management and communication strategies for new or evolving talent, performance, and benefits initiatives
  • Provide tools, resources and support to leaders to support effective performance conversations, goal setting, and ongoing feedback
  • Partner with HR technology teams to analyze HR processes and workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend changes that improve efficiency and employee experience
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to prioritize improvement initiatives and track outcomes

THE QUALIFICATIONS...
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of progressive HR experience
  • Experience or strong interest in talent management, performance management, or Total Rewards
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into practical recommendations
  • Experience supporting or partnering in benefits or wellness programs preferred
  • Manufacturing or multi-site experience a plus
  • Experience using HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
