We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedHeadHousekeeper to lead our housekeeping team, oversee daily operations, andensure the highest standards of cleanliness and IHG Brand Standards are met.
PositionOverview
The HeadHousekeeper will manage the housekeeping department, supervise staff, scheduleshifts, and maintain inventory of supplies. This role requires a hands-onleader who can balance administrative responsibilities with team leadership andoperational tasks.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping.
  • Enforcing IHG Brand Standards and trainings.
  • Involvement in Quality Audits
  • Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of staff performance, attendance, and training.
  • Assist in hands-on cleaning duties when needed to support the team.

Qualifications
