Job description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Housekeeper to help prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. This role is responsible for deep cleaning apartments, ensuring units are move-in ready, and maintaining high property standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed cleaning of vacant apartment units during the make ready process
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and patios/balconies
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
  • Clean inside appliances, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tubs, and toilets
  • Remove trash, debris, and leftover items from units
  • Clean windows, mirrors, blinds, baseboards, and doors
  • Report damages, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to management
  • Assist with inventory and restocking cleaning supplies
  • Ensure units meet company cleanliness and move-in standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, model units, and common areas as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous apartment housekeeping or make ready experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and complete units on schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the day
