Job description

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive incremental revenue growth and customer retention across our key business segments. In this role, you will be the architect of the journey for our managed accounts, designing omnichannel programs that guide users between self-service efficiency and high-touch sales engagement. You will focus on two core pillars: Sales & Marketing Program Alignment: Partnering closely with Sales leadership to develop high-converting marketing programs (such as warm-handoff motions, triggered outreach, and sales-assisted campaigns) that bridge self-serve product signals with high-touch sales engagement. AE Self-Serve Enablement: Designing and operationalizing self-serve marketing toolkits, content hubs, and agentic plays that enable Account Executives to engage prospects faster, deliver personalized touches, and close deals with higher efficiency.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Lead day-to-day program execution with the Empower Squad, transforming go-to-market strategies into actionable, high-impact campaigns

  • Co-develop "warm handoff" motions with Sales, creating seamless transition workflows when product-led growth (PLG) signals, trial usage, or engagement scores indicate sales readiness

  • Design, launch, and optimize co-marketed programs, email sequences, and high-touch plays tailored to target account segments

  • Establish clear feedback loops with Sales leadership to iterate on program messaging, offer structures, and timing

  • Build, maintain, and scale a self-serve enablement repository (content, sequence playbooks, and video walkthroughs) that AEs can leverage on demand

  • Operationalize sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce) to give AEs 1-click access to pre-approved, highly targeted marketing collateral and automated cadences

  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Data Analytics to monitor campaign attribution, handoff conversion rates, AE adoption metrics, and pipeline velocity

  • Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, handoff timing, and collateral formats to maximize response rates and meeting book rates

  • Synthesize program insights into weekly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for executive stakeholders in Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.

What you bring

Basic

  • 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, or Field Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS organization

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience partnering with Sales (Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Leadership) to co-create revenue-generating initiatives

  • Experience building, launching, and managing multi-touch marketing campaigns and sales engagement cadences

Preferred

  • Deep familiarity with sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Highspot, Seismic) and best practices for AE enablement

  • Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) motions, intent signals, lead scoring, and product-qualified lead (PQL) handoffs

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance, track funnel metrics (MQL to SQO conversion), and use data to tell a clear narrative to stakeholders

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable running agile sprints or squad motions across cross-functional partners

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor copy for both internal sales teams and prospective enterprise buyers
