Job description

Looking to add a part time employee to work 1-3 days per week. Mostly for our Salem location, but occasionally Londonderry if needed. Must be flexible as we need someone to cover if someone calls out sick, needs vacation/personal time. Sunday would be your normal weekly scheduled day.

Responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers

- Educate customers about the benefits of Hemp products and assist them in selecting the right products to meet their needs

- Stay up to date with Hemp product knowledge and industry trends

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

- Help manage inventory and replenish stock as required

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required

- Strong interest in Hemp products and the wellness industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively

- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational abilities

- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed

- Must be 18 years of age or older
