  • Market Execution & Brand Visibility:

    • Maintain consistent brand standards and ensure our THC beverage is front and center at all accounts.
    • Act as the face of Cornbread Hemp in your sales area your energy and passion will be contagious!
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
    • Stay on top of market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adapt strategies and keep Cornbread Hemp ahead of the curve.
    • Provide actionable insights and regular updates on sales performance and opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management, preferably within the beverage, hospitality, or CPG industries.
  • Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with your sales area 's beverage market, especially in the hospitality and on-premise sectors.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends for events and demos.
  • Physical Requirements: A valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required. Occasional heavy lifting will also be necessary to ensure product delivery and setup.
