Job description

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in one of our Orlando offices for an experienced Help Desk Analyst. The Help Desk Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting users with software-related questions and troubleshooting basic PC hardware/network issues. This analyst also assists with IT projects, evaluating and implementing new software. The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and be capable of responding to users regarding a variety of complex questions in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.

The position requires 5+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with detailed working knowledge of legal-specific software and processes, including but not limited to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, VPN, and Citrix. Capable of formatting and troubleshooting Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Law firm experience is a plus.
