Crimson Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our committed team. This full-time role will allow you to work remotely, providing essential mental health counseling services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while remaining integral to the patient's outpatient treatment process. You will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, accessing state-of-the-art electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure effective care management and documentation.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand and address the unique needs of each patient, ensuring tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain open and effective communication with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians about patient progress and challenges.
• Develop a tentative schedule of appointments and home visits, providing oversight for the progress monitoring of patients’ treatment plans.
• Coordinate and execute home visits as required, conducting observations and chart reviews to support in-home care needs.
• Ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans, continuously adapting them based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss patient cases and participate in strategy planning for holistic support.
• Complete detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes, documenting each patient's journey and the effectiveness of interventions.
• Organize staff training sessions to ensure competency in implementing treatment plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to offer continuous support and reassess patient needs as they evolve.
• Serve as a liaison with the public and other mental health community resources to enhance support and maximize treatment outcomes.
• Assist in developing procedures and training materials aimed at improving program efficiency and effectiveness.

The LPC will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including both adults and youth dealing with a range of mental health conditions. Ensuring inclusivity and empathy, you will address varied issues, from trauma and substance misuse to family dynamics, leveraging your skills to create impactful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling context, showcasing your ability to manage clinical responsibilities effectively.
• Demonstrated competence in family therapy, couples therapy, or trauma-focused therapy is highly valued.
• Exceptional understanding of and adherence to legal and ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that enable rapport-building with a wide range of clients.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team setting.
• Familiarity with EMR software and modern therapeutic tools.

• Experience in crisis intervention, community mental health settings, or integrated care environments.
• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities that enhance treatment delivery.
