Job description

About 3E: 3E is a mission-driven company dedicated to creating a safer and more sustainable world. We offer award-winning regulatory intelligence and AI solutions to help organizations protect people and products. With over 35 years of experience and a global presence, we empower our customers with innovative compliance solutions. You will get to work at a company that combines startup agility with the stability of an industry leader. Partner with enterprise customers and global experts to advance environmental safety and solve complex data science challenges. Join us and make an impact! We're looking for a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager who won't just support product launches but will help define how they succeed in market. This is more than a product launch role. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Product and Commercial teams, partnering across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Commercial Enablement to bring innovative solutions to market. You'll help build the processes, playbooks, and commercial motions that accelerate growth, strengthen customer adoption, and shape how we go to market as our business continues to evolve. It's also an exciting opportunity to help launch disruptive, next-generation AI products that embed intelligence into customer workflows and create meaningful impact in an industry ready for innovation. At 3E, AI isn't just part of our products, it's part of how we work. We embrace AI-first ways of working to help our teams move faster, make better decisions, and continuously improve how we deliver value. We're growing quickly, expanding our product portfolio, and evolving how we bring products to market. That means priorities can shift, new opportunities emerge, and you'll often help create scalable processes rather than simply follow established ones. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, influencing without authority, and building while delivering, you'll thrive here. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving collaboration across a roadmap to achieve business outcomes, creating scalable go-to-market processes, enabling commercial teams with effective sales plays and training, refining product and solution positioning, and partnering cross-functionally to make big things happen. You'll own strategic planning and program management for our product launch lifecycle, lead launches for new capabilities, evolve our solution positioning, and enable our commercial teams with the tools, messaging, and processes they need to accelerate growth. You'll also monitor customer adoption and product usage to help maximize long-term customer value. What You'll Do Product Launch Program Management & Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Experience, and other teams to lead end-to-end launch planning in Jira, ensuring alignment and execution across the organization. Lead Product Launches Leverage our launch framework to coordinate cross-functional go-to-market efforts, including positioning, messaging, enablement, and execution planning. Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver successful launches that drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Market Insights & Customer Understanding Mine win/loss data, Gong conversations, customer feedback, and market trends to refine product positioning, identify opportunities, and strengthen go-to-market strategies. Product Positioning & Messaging Develop compelling product positioning and differentiated messaging for key buyer personas while ensuring new capabilities align with our broader solution narrative. Commercial Enablement Equip Sales, Account Management, and Customer teams with the training, resources, pricing guidance, sales plays, and enablement materials needed to confidently bring solutions to market. Lead commercial campaign launches and monitor performance across targeted initiatives. Performance Monitoring Track key performance indicators through SFDC, Gong, Pendo, and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline growth, product adoption, and customer engagement. Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth, identify new opportunities, improve commercial processes, and build scalable ways of working that support long‐term success. Adaptability Continuously evolve GTM strategies based on customer insights, market feedback, product evolution, and performance data to ensure continued commercial success. What Makes You a Great Fit 4+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with accountability for GTM strategy and orchestration— ideally in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech. Broad GTM Expertise focused on sales enablement and driving growth: Should have a strong working knowledge of product management/product launch process, sales enablement best practices, and B2B software sales process. A proven track record of developing and executing high-impact GTM strategies that led to product adoption, market expansion, or revenue growth. Understands how GTM strategy translates to Commercial teams' day‐to‐day roles. AI and Commercial Tech Acumen: High acumen for use of key (or similar) technologies including Claude, Jira, SFDC, Pendo, and Gong. Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong project management skills to manage complex projects and drive execution across teams. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong market sensing skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data‐driven decisions. Leadership/Influence: Exceptional collaborator with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Must be skilled at aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving accountability. Experience in a high-growth mid‐sized software or data company is highly valued. You'll Thrive Here If You... Enjoy bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environments. Love building scalable processes instead of simply maintaining existing ones. Are energized by cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority. Have a builder's mindset and enjoy creating new playbooks. Are curious, adaptable, and quick to learn new products and technologies. Embrace AI and continually look for ways to work smarter and more effectively.
