What You Will Do:
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational structures, business processes, workforce data, and operating models to support organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions by developing agendas, documenting findings, tracking action items, and synthesizing feedback.
  • Develop presentations, reports, meeting materials, and briefing documents for senior client and project team review.
  • Assist in documenting current-state and future-state organizational structures, roles and responsibilities, governance processes, and operating procedures.
  • Analyze workforce, workload, and operational data to identify trends, support staffing analyses, and inform organizational recommendations.
  • Support the development of implementation plans, project schedules, risk logs, and status reports to help track project progress and milestones.
  • Assist with change management and stakeholder engagement activities, including communications planning, meeting coordination, and adoption tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality client deliverables within established deadlines.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Political Science, Economics, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • One (1) to Three (3) years of professional experience in consulting, project management, program support, business analysis, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Experience creating presentations, analyses, reports, or other client-facing deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, managing action items, and supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust or suitability determination.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Experience supporting federal government clients through internships, consulting engagements, contractor support, or government service.
  • Familiarity with organizational transformation, change management, workforce planning, or business process improvement concepts.
  • Experience conducting research, stakeholder analysis, process mapping, or data analysis.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, documenting requirements, or supporting workshop execution.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, project scheduling, and risk management practices.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, or similar business analysis and collaboration tools.
  • CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Prosci Change Practitioner, or other early-career professional certification.
  • Interest in organizational design, governance modernization, workforce transformation, and public sector consulting.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
