Job Description The Head of Acquisition for MPO is responsible for driving sustainable growth of Globe's Multi-Product Ownership (MPO) base by converting priority single-product and new-to-Globe households into profitable MPO customers. This role owns the end-to-end acquisition journey from discovery through successful activation across digital, assisted, and retail channels.
The Head of Acquisition for MPO is accountable for growing Globe's Multi-Product Ownership (MPO) base by acquiring high-quality, profitable households across priority segments. The role owns the full pre-activation customer journey, from discovery and engagement through purchase, onboarding, and successful activation.
This role leads the design and execution of cross-sell, switcher, and new-customer acquisition strategies across digital, assisted, and retail channels, ensuring that customers experience a seamless, compelling, and value-led transition into MPO. The role works closely with Marketing, Channels, Territory, and CX teams to operationalize acquisition programs at scale.
The Head of Acquisition operates within defined portfolio, pricing, and profitability guardrails, balancing growth velocity with sustainable economics. The role is expected to use data, experimentation, and performance insights to continuously improve funnel efficiency, conversion rates, and time-to-activation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Own MPO acquisition strategy by quadrant, segment, and priority persona
2) Design and execute cross-sell and switcher programs across inbound, outbound, retail, and digital channels
3) Lead acquisition funnel performance (lead generation, conversion, onboarding, activation)
4) Partner with Marketing, Channels, and Territory teams to deliver consistent GTM execution
5) Optimize acquisition offers within approved portfolio, pricing, and margin guardrails
6) Drive continuous improvement through experimentation and performance analysis
7) Ensure seamless discover-buy-get-connected customer journeys
