With our mission expanding across the U.S. and internationally, we seek a Grant Writer and Researcher passionate about helping visionary projects secure the funding they deserve. The Role You'll research, write, and manage grant proposals that tell the story of real community transformation.

This position is ideal for someone who loves turning big ideas into fundable plans and thrives in an environment where innovation meets social justice. Responsibilities Identify and research foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities. Draft compelling proposals, letters of intent, and concept papers.

Collaborate with leadership to align funding strategy with program goals. Manage grant calendars, deadlines, and reporting deliverables. Support impact tracking and storytelling to demonstrate outcomes.

Serve as a thought partner and champion for the CommonGood mission. Qualifications Proven experience writing successful grants (minimum $15K–$100K+). Strong research, writing, and editing skills.

Experience with grant CRMs (Airtable, Salesforce, or similar). Interest in cooperative development, sustainability, or community resilience. Students completing grant writing or nonprofit management programs are welcome to apply.
