Job Description

Position Summary  

The Brand Paid Media Manager will drive paid media strategy and execution across our portfolio of distinctive hospitality brands: Limelight Hotels, The Little Nell, and Nell New York. This role will translate the unique positioning of each property into paid media campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and direct bookings. This role will be responsible for building property-specific full-funnel media strategies, managing budgets and pulse periods, executing campaigns across platforms, and managing vendor relationships. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Digital & Performance Marketing. 

The salary range for this position is $70,500 - $85,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and lead integrated paid media strategies across paid social, paid search, programmatic display, native, OTT/CTV, and travel-specific channels such as Google Hotel Ads, Metasearch, tailored to each brand's positioning and seasonal demand patterns. 
  • Build monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans and own end-to-end campaign execution as needed—setup, targeting, budget pacing, bid strategy, and QA—across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Bing, TikTok, and Pinterest. 
  • Partner with agency and analytics partners to manage day-to-day execution on platforms, tactics, reporting, and creative delivery while retaining strategic ownership and accountability for results. 
  • Partner with Revenue Management and Business Unit marketing teams to align media spend and rate-driven offers with occupancy goals, ADR targets, booking windows, and shoulder-season demand across Limelight, The Little Nell, and Nell New York. 
  • Manage always-on and campaign-based budgets across three distinct brand voices, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient pacing, and reallocation based on real-time performance. 
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns toward core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, cost per Booking, Brand Lift), leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, reporting, pacing, and in-platform budget management. 
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariant creative tests, synthesizing learnings into clear performance briefs, creative performance and actionable results to report to the core Business Unit and creative teams. 
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and content teams to develop high-performing, data-backed creative tailored to each property's distinct identity—Limelight's approachable, mountain-town energy; The Little Nell's understated luxury; and Nell New York's design-forward urban sensibility. 
  • Collaborate with Digital and e-commerce teammates to align promotions, inventory, and messaging, and ensure landing page experiences and tracking infrastructure support paid media goals. 
  • Collaborate with hospitality marketing team to develop strategies and paid focused go-to-market plans to support seasonal and evergreen offers/messaging, ensuring that all parties are aligned from inception to launch.  
  • Build, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau) in partnership with the Director of Digital & Guest Analytics, delivering weekly and monthly executive-ready performance readouts and recommendations to brand and revenue stakeholders. 
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with media vendors and ad tech platforms; serve as Meta Business Manager admin, overseeing user access, business settings, pixels, customer data and integrations. 
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, betas, and emerging trends in paid media, travel, outdoor recreation, and e-commerce; coordinate creative deliverables with the project management team using Asana, Airtable, and Figma. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required 
  • 3 years of experience in paid media/performance marketing, with direct campaign management experience across paid social and paid search at minimum 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities   

  • Proven track record in Meta Ads Manager and at least one other platform (e.g., TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads) with experience in managing budgets.  
  • Experience marketing for hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands strongly preferred. 
  • Hands-on platform experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and at least one DSP or programmatic platform, with proven track record across all respective Business Managers.  
  • Familiarity with hotel-specific media channels such as Google Hotel Ads, Metasearch platforms (Sojern, Trivago, TripAdvisor), and OTA co-op marketing.  
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS/CRS systems and how booking data connects to media performance (e.g., understanding of RevPAR, ADR, direct booking channels and booking windows). 
  • Analytical mindset with extensive experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, AI Platforms, or other digital reporting tools. 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills and can manage several stakeholders and agency partners. 
  • Experience working in creative organization tools such as Airtable and Figma.
