About The Role:
Method Co is seeking a hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager (Google Ads, Hotel Ads & Meta) to lead execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across our portfolio of hotels and food & beverage concepts. This role is focused on driving direct revenue through highly efficient, well-structured campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and performance reporting. This is a highly executional role. The ideal candidate is both strategic and deeply hands-on. This candidate will actively build campaigns, troubleshoot tracking, and continuously optimize performance based on data.
Core Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Remarketing)
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Build, launch, and manage campaigns directly within platforms
Develop campaign structures, keyword strategies, and audience targeting
Write and test ad copy and messaging
Monitor performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, IS% and revenue growth
Manage budget pacing and allocation across campaigns and properties
Tracking, Attribution & Technical Setup
Own implementation and QA of tracking across platforms:
Meta Pixel
Google Ads conversion tracking
GA4 + Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across all campaigns
Troubleshoot tracking issues (pixel firing, event duplication, attribution gaps)
Maintain UTM governance and consistency across campaigns
Partner with developers or vendors as needed for advanced tracking implementations
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Build and maintain reporting dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, internal platform reporting)
Report on key metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue
Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Creative & Landing Page Collaboration
Partner with internal creative team to develop high-performing ad assets
Provide clear creative briefs based on performance insights
Identify winning creative and messaging and guide iterations
Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve conversion rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when needed
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new opportunities in paid media
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
Strong hands-on experience with:
Google Ads (Search & Performance Max required)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Experience implementing and managing tracking via GA4 and GTM
Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and data accuracy
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive measurable revenue growth
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Experience writing ad copy and guiding creative strategy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
Hospitality or booking-driven business experience is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Hotel Ads or metasearch platforms
Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM platforms
Basic understanding of SEO (collaborative, not ownership)
Experience with booking engines or e-commerce platforms
