Escapology is a premier live escape room experience where guests work together to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and escape before time runs out.


At Escapology El Paso, we host thousands of guests each year for birthday parties, corporate team-building events, date nights, and family outings. Our Game Masters play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for every group that walks through our doors.

What You'll Do


Game Masters are responsible for delivering an exciting and memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and explaining game rules and storylines
  • Monitoring escape room games and providing hints when needed
  • Resetting rooms quickly and accurately between games
  • Ensuring guests have a fun and safe experience
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of game rooms
  • Assisting with check-in and customer service when needed

What We’re Looking For
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable speaking to groups of guests
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
