Position Overview:

The District Sales Manger is responsible for revenue performance, gross profit, and the overall health of the sales organization across the Raleigh North Carolina Market.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives through regular one-on-ones, ride days, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high energy.
  • Identify growth paths for both new and tenured team members.

Lead from the Front

  • Actively participate in customer meetings, demos, and ride-along.
  • Model sales best practices, prospecting discipline, and CRM hygiene.
  • Drive high visibility activity across the team and lead key opportunities.

Sales Execution & Forecasting

  • Own the forecast: ensure weekly pipeline reviews and accurate opportunity stages.
  • The ability to qualify and move deals through the funnel.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Attract and hire top talent to build a deep bench of sales professionals.
