Job description

Concord Hospitality is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Revenue Strategy for an assigned portfolio of hotels, responsible for pricing, positioning, inventory management, forecasting and demand analysis across transient and group segments. This role will partner closely with sales, digital marketing, hotel leadership and ownership groups to identify revenue opportunities, guide commercial strategies and support implementation. This roles serves in a Director of Revenue Management capacity for one assigned hotel, maintaining hands-on responsibility for that property's revenue strategy execution, system management and commercial performance. It provides leadership for analyst development, training, and cross functional initiatives that strengthen market share, profitability and overall portfolio performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings using our systems and brand systems to optimize segment and channel performance and drive market share.
  • Partner with senior commercial leadership and hotel teams to execute portfolio-wide pricing, positioning, forecasting and inventory strategies,
  • Own revenue management for one assigned hotel, including strategy execution, forecast accuracy, inventory controls and topline performance.
  • Lead weekly sessions with Analysts and Area Directors to drive performance, development and accountability.
  • Direct quarterly portfolio reviews with sales and property leadership to align commercial strategy and advance key initiatives.
  • Provide regular analysis of revenue, market share and demand trends, delivering actionable insights to leadership and ownership groups.
  • Lead pre-opening commercial readiness and support owner presentations, including performance, strategy and opportunity analysis
  • Drive adoption and optimization of revenue systems, BI tools and industry best practices to strengthen portfolio performance.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in multi-property revenue management and strategic leadership
  • Strong knowledge of revenue optimization tools, systems, and industry reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
