Job Summary

The Manager Financial Planning and Analysis Reporting will be responsible for completing financial analyses and providing data-driven insights on financial performance, both retrospective and prospective, in support of strategic decision making across Leonardo DRS and for use in the development of financial projections and performance commitments.  The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will play a crucial role in the maturation of corporate financial planning processes and the development of best practices that ensure efficient and effective FP&A operations.  This role will support the corporate financial leadership team while also engaging directly with each of the business units. 

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial information from across the corporation and business units.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
    Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and performance analyses to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, management reporting, and executive financial packages.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses, insights, and recommendations to support business and leadership decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements, resolve complex issues through root cause analysis, and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance with 8+ years of financial analyst experience (or equivalent related education and experience).
  • CPA or MBA preferred

The salary range for this position is ($120,000/year- $145,000/year) .  This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
