Job description

PWS Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Counter Proliferation Breaching Operations

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Clearance Type: Top Secret

Responsibilities:

  • Support SGM and Deputy for Breaching as CP Breaching SME focused on heavy breaching to counter WMD within the SOF community.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop tools and technology for CP breaching operations.
  • Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
  • Provide training and advice on advanced drilling, explosive planning factors, charge preparation, and charge emplacement

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years in heavy explosive and mechanical breaching operations, including 3–5+ years on CP/WMD-focused targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of breaching and entry TTPs in high-risk environments.
  • Demonstrated training and mentoring experience for breaching personnel.
  • TOP SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior SOF CP breaching or specialized target defeat experience.
