You will oversee user discovery, usability testing, and prototyping efforts while managing stakeholder relationships to align design initiatives with business goals. Your leadership will foster continuous improvement, ensuring scalable, user-centered design solutions that deliver measurable value and elevate the overall customer experience.

What you'll do:
  • Lead user experience design initiatives by conducting user research, interviews, and site visits to gather actionable insights.
