Job description

STADIUM EVENT STAFF MANAGER

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Stadium Event Staff Manager for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance the fan experience by greeting them with a smile and welcoming them to Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Pay Rate 
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Home Football Games, hours and shifts will vary.

Stadium Event Staff Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Confirm and document employee arrival and departure times to ensure accurate attendance and timekeeping.
• Assign staff to entrances, ticketing, guest services, security support, concessions, and seating areas. 
• Coordinate staff during games, concerts, and other stadium events.  
• Manage employee attendance, breaks, shift changes, and staffing shortages. 
• Ensure all event staff follow stadium policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Address and resolve guest or staff issues and escalate serious incidents to the appropriate supervisor or department.  
• Conduct pre-event staff briefings and post-event debriefings. 
 
Stadium Event Staff Manager Qualifications and Requirements 
• Ability to work effectively with stadium management, security personnel, vendors and event organizers, to enforce stadium policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Hospitality, customer service, reliability, strong communication and organizational skills a must. 
• Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work every game day event.
• Ability to maintain accurate attendance and employee time records. 
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and extended event hours. 
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guests, employees, or operational issues.
