Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Valid BSIS Guard Card

    • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift

    • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in operating a smartphone for site operations and reporting
    • Willingness to work occasional overtime when requested
  • Preferred:
    • Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or security patrol roles

Core Duties and Responsibilities
  • Frontline Customer Service:
    • Greet clients, guests, and visitors; offer directions and assistance; maintain a helpful, solutions-driven demeanor.
  • Patrol and Monitoring:
    • Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect access points.
  • Access Management:
    • Enforce access control measures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Incident Reporting:
    • Identify and report irregularities, suspicious behavior, and safety concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Equipment Maintenance:

  • Fire Prevention and Safety:
    • Support proactive site safety measures, including fire watch responsibilities when needed.
  • Daily Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed, accurate logs and reports.
