Manager, Enterprise Security Technology & Systems

The Manager, Enterprise Security Technology & Systems plays a critical role in advancing the company's physical security capabilities through the design, implementation, and management of enterprise security technologies. This position is responsible for leading the delivery of security technology initiatives, including access control, video surveillance, and other physical security systems, while ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards and business needs.

This role operates as both a technical subject matter expert and project leader, partnering across the organization to deploy scalable, risk-informed security solutions and successfully execute active and future security programs. The position works closely with Enterprise Security leadership, plant/site teams, IT, and external partners to ensure security technologies are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise physical security technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business priorities
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and related technologies
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement scalable, risk-based security solutions across corporate and operational environments
  • Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, vendors, and internal resources to drive successful outcomes across the security technology portfolio
  • Support the development and evolution of enterprise security technology standards, architecture, and best practices
  • Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities to enhance performance, reliability, and integration
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure integration of physical security technologies within enterprise systems
  • Provide guidance and support to site leadership and business partners on security system capabilities, use, and optimization
  • Contribute to the development of metrics, reporting, and performance tracking for security technology initiatives
  • Support security response and crisis management efforts as needed, including technical system support and coordination during incidents
  • Stay informed of emerging technologies, threats, and industry trends to continuously improve enterprise security capabilities
  • Lead and support additional enterprise security initiatives as business needs evolve

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate security, security technology, or related technical field, with demonstrated experience in project-based environments
  • Proven experience managing and delivering complex security technology projects across multiple locations or business units
  • Strong working knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and supporting infrastructure
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as IT, operations, and external vendors
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments such as NERC-CIP, MTSA, or similar frameworks preferred

Working Conditions

Work is primarily performed in an office environment; however, this role requires travel to operational sites and project locations. Work may be conducted in various environments, including industrial settings, and may involve exposure to weather conditions.

Availability to support projects and security-related matters outside of standard business hours is required, including nights, weekends, or holidays, as needed.

Candidates will be required to submit and pass a seven (7) year background check.
