Our community continues to grow each year as more families join us.
Under the guidance of a licensed Funeral Director, the Funeral Home Manager assists bereaved families in providing a dignified and respectful final farewell to their loved ones. • Manage funeral services and post-service follow-ups, proactively resolving family concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Operations & Facility Management
  • Lead daily operations, including Ghusl and shrouding, facility maintenance, vendor relations, and procurement.
  • Maintain the preparation of space and equipment to ensure they are sanitized, orderly, and fully stocked.
  • Staff & Volunteer Leadership
  • Direct and supervise funeral assistants, ensuring they understand their roles and maintain a compassionate service standard.

  • Manage office logistics: handle multiline phone systems, process payments, maintain digital records, and operate audiovisual systems.
  • Perform essential errands, such as obtaining necessary licenses or certifications for services.

Religious Preparation (Ghusl & Janazah)
  • Coordinate and assist in the respectful preparation of the deceased (including washing, shrouding, and lifting) in strict accordance with Islamic laws and traditions.
  • Ensure the deceased is prepared for viewing/Janazah as permitted by law and religious guidance.

  • Associate degree in Mortuary Science or Business Administration (preferred); high school diploma/GED (required).
  • 3-5 years of professional experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.

  • A valid driver's license and clean record, with the ability to operate limousines and high-capacity vehicles.
  • Proficiency in basic office technology, payment systems, and AV equipment.
