Senior Operations Manager — Safety & Racing Division

Location: New Braunfels, TX

This role is central to executing our business strategy by driving Manufacturing and Distribution performance, elevating quality, and strengthening Holley’s competitive advantage.

What You’ll DoStrategic & Operational Leadership
  • Develop and execute the Safety Manufacturing strategy aligned with organizational goals.

  • Lead long-range planning, expansion initiatives, and advanced technology implementation in partnership with the Sr. VP of Operations.

  • Build, monitor, and manage annual budgets.

People Leadership
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of manufacturing team members.

  • Conduct timely, constructive performance evaluations.

  • Foster a culture rooted in accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead manufacturing and distribution process optimization efforts to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase efficiency.

  • Develop, track, and review KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Champion Lean/CI initiatives and cost-reduction programs.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and industry regulations.

Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain a safe, healthy workspace through collaboration with Environmental, Health & Safety teams.

  • Ensure all operations meet or exceed regulatory compliance requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues and achieve shared goals.

  • Represent the Safety Division in key business decisions and initiatives.

What You Bring
  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible operations or manufacturing leadership experience.

  • Proven success driving cost reduction, productivity improvements, and operational excellence.

  • Experience managing a P&L, budgets, and financial performance.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, data-rich environment.
