Job Summary
Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, sales-minded individual. This is a role for someone with a Sales and Customer service experience background who understands hard work, how to deliver and train others to provide top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care. This person should love dogs - and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you!   
Responsibilities 
  • Drive multiple lead generation efforts to gain commitment from pet parents to enroll their dogs in daycare.
  • Fully understand the daycare and boarding model as well as effectively explain the benefits of our services to increase the # of dogs at daycare.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Dogtopia, our pricing and our competitive advantage, as well as demonstrate confident objection handling.
  • Execute and manage the brand advocate strategy so that Dogtopia pet parents refer you and Dogtopia to friends and family.
  • Drive customer and revenue success outcomes by partnering with Marketing and Operations teams to increase leads, lead conversion, address barriers to entry, drive retention, and increase visit frequency.
  • Engage with pet parents throughout the process including their face-to-face interaction at the store with their dog through a closed sale.
  • Ensure frequency and retention of customers through effective customer management strategies.
  • Manage the communications between prospective leads and the Center.
  • Leads by example to enable a positive team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience providing customer facing service.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of managing social media accounts.
