Job Description

As part of our Digital Center of Excellence, the Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for the development and implementation of key digital experience strategies aimed at increasing enrollment and persistence across our portfolio of institutions. This position collaborates with institutional marketing professions to convert and retain students through innovative digital tactics and nurtures.
ย 

  • Develop and track enterprise digital experience KPIs for the entirety of the student lifecycle.
  • Identify areas of opportunity across the student lifecycle and work with stakeholders to implement conversion focused initiatives to fill the gaps.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for stakeholders in all things email, nurture and digital experience.
  • Collaborate with digital experience technical lead to optimize strategies for our tech stack and to identify new tools and systems as our stack evolves.
  • Mentor digital marketing specialist as they develop and implement strategies and tactics across our portfolio of institutions.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketingย a related field required.
  • Five (5) years of marketing automation experience including Eloqua required.
  • Eloqua administration experience preferred.
  • Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $82,364.00 and $149,076.00 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
