As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Pediatric Dentist who shares our passion for creating positive dental experiences and delivering outstanding clinical care.
What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.
  • Diagnose and treat oral diseases while emphasizing prevention and education.
  • Perform restorative procedures, pulp therapy, stainless steel crowns, extractions, space maintainers, and preventive treatments.
  • Evaluate and manage dental emergencies.
  • Educate parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, growth, development, and preventive care.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic dental records.
  • Follow OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and all state dental regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor clinical staff when appropriate.
Required
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency program
  • Active Maryland Dental License (or eligible for licensure)
  • DEA License
  • CPR/BLS Certification
