To strengthen our Advisory Center in the heart of Ghent, we are looking for a passionate and driven Private Banking Advisor to join our expert and dynamic team.

Located in a prestigious office setting, our Advisory Center serves an affluent clientele with significant growth potential. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth ambition while building long‑term, trusted client relationships.

Your role: As a Private Banking Advisor, you play a key role in driving the commercial success of the Advisory Center and reinforcing Deutsche Bank’s position as a preferred partner for private clients.

You work closely with your colleagues and Advisory Center Manager to proactively attract new clients, grow your portfolio, and deliver tailored investment advice that truly makes a difference.

Your key responsibilities
  • Deliver a premium client experience: Create a warm, professional welcome and build lasting relationships based on trust and excellence.
  • Drive commercial growth: Proactively attract new clients and expand the existing portfolio within the affluent segment.
  • Act as a trusted investment partner: Provide personalized, high‑quality investment advice aligned with clients’ financial objectives.
  • Negotiate and advise with impact: Deliver tailored, win‑win solutions that meet client expectations while supporting business objectives.
  • Promote Deutsche Bank’s offering: Represent our strategy, values, products, and services with conviction and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure flawless execution: Manage administrative follow‑up with precision and maintain high standards of compliance and accuracy.
  • Stay ahead of market developments: Monitor financial markets and the banking landscape to continuously enhance your advisory quality.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and markets.
  • Proven commercial mindset, combined with strong empathy and client focus.
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of experience in investment advisory or personal banking.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and good level of English.
