Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of domestic shipments, ensuring smooth execution across the supply chain
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and external logistics partners
  • Execute operations in line with defined SOPs, IOPs, and KPIs while ensuring service delivery commitments
  • Identify operational exceptions, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions aligned with program guidelines
  • Collaborate with Global Service Centre (GSC) teams to deliver consistent and efficient service
  • Analyze operational performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance service levels
  • Support onboarding of carriers and vendors, including procurement and execution via Transporeon
  • Monitor rates, routing, and service performance to ensure cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and customer-specific requirements
  • Provide proactive communication to manage demurrage, detention, and other logistics challenges.

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or transportation operations
  • Strong background in shipping operations and end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Experience working in international logistics environments is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to analyze data and generate operational insights
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of logistics markets and operational best practices.
Job Details: Job type: Full-time Location: Pooler, Georgia | Charlotte, NC | Savannah, GA (Onsite - 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Travel expectations: Limited and subject to business needs. Salary: $75,000 - $85,000* *The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location.
