The Creative Strategy Manager manages pursuit execution and team workflow, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with strategy across Creative Enterprise's deliverables. This first-line leadership role translates pursuit strategy into clear execution plans and oversees RFQ/RFP production and submission quality from end to end.
Beyond production, the Creative Strategy Manager manages team workload, schedules, and deliverables, directs coordination across technical staff and contributors, maintains brand, messaging, and content standards, and supports interview preparation and coaching - balancing people leadership with hands-on pursuit delivery.
