Job description

Zetier seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage $10m+ contracts within the cybersecurity and operations domains supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities include managing multi-year OCO/DCO programs with geographically distributed subcontractors, providing strategic leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, leading customer interactions and briefings, overseeing program financials, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards..

Required:

  • 10+ years of DoD/IC program management experience
  • Proven track record managing prime contracts and subcontracts
  • Proficiency with sensitive customer discussions and negotiations
  • Experience managing contract deliverables and financial projections
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR compliance (e.g. Reps & Certs)
  • Experience managing cross-functional internal and external teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active U.S. security clearance

Desired:

  • Technical background in DoD/IC engineering or program management
  • Experience in cybersecurity and/or intelligence operations
  • Insights to procurement processes (e.g. BAAs, RFIs, RFPs)
