Physician Primary Care (Senior-Focused)
Ocala, Florida
Salary Range:$230,000 $240,000/year (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide exceptional, evidence-based care for older adult patients in a value-based outpatient setting. This role involves diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Reporting to a Regional Manager, the Physician plays a vital leadership and clinical role, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD) and coordinate care with specialists
Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours
Provide supervision to advanced practice providers as needed
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, CMS, and other regulatory bodies
Deliver 5-star service in line with our mission of better health for seniors
Requirements
MD/DO from an accredited medical school
Active medical license in state of practice
3+ years in outpatient primary care
ACLS/BLS certification
EMR proficiency and strong diagnostic skills
Ability to lead, collaborate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
