Senior Product Manager, Consumer AI Assistant - Mobile About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our consumer AI assistant on mobile. You will own two critical outcomes: improving the assistant's ability to fulfill customer needs and driving sustained adoption and engagement. Working at the intersection of consumer mobile, conversational AI, and product growth, you will turn emerging AI capabilities into useful, reliable, and trusted customer experiences.

You will partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, research, analytics, safety, legal, and marketing teams. Use analytics, experimentation, customer research, and AI evaluations to identify friction and prioritize improvements. Develop growth strategies that improve discovery, onboarding, activation, repeat usage, and retention.

Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams to improve grounding, latency, reliability, safety, and overall assistant quality. Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and results to senior leadership. Understanding of generative AI product development, including evaluation, grounding, safety, latency, and model limitations.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decisions. Ability to define strategy, navigate ambiguity, and influence across technical and business teams. Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with large language models, natural-language interfaces, tool use, or agentic systems. Experience with consumer growth, lifecycle engagement, or product-led growth. Experience with AI evaluation, human review, and production monitoring.
