Warehouse Associate | Monday-Friday Days | Shipping, Receiving & Order Fulfillment
Hillyard, Inc. is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team in Springfield, MO.
Are you an experienced warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy, reliability, and getting the job done right?
We're looking for a dependable team member who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a successful operation. If you have experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, or order fulfillment and are known for your strong work ethic, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
  • Accurately pick and pull customer orders
  • Prepare LTL and small parcel shipments for delivery
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
  • Operate battery-powered warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Communicate with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
  • Utilize email and company systems to support daily warehouse operations
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
