Your Role As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you’ll be the bridge between homeowners, boards, and support teams, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch community experiences. What You'll Do:
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Client Relations: Maintain and manage multiple community relationships, providing excellent communication and customer service to homeowners, boards, and vendors.
  • Financial Management: Conduct monthly financial analyses and present insights to Boards of Directors, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.

  • Project Oversight: Oversee vendor relationships and manage community projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.
