Compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 Per Hour + Bonus Eligible

About the Position:

  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.
  • Monitor location activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed.
  • Maintain continual communication with the client, customers, and corporate leadership.
  • Maintain a clean business environment, including ensuring that signage and displays are appropriately positioned, visible, and updated with accurate rates.
  • Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers and/or Clients upon request.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, coaching, and counseling process of team members to ensure that performance standards are met.
  • Maximize profitability by controlling expenses and efficiently manage operational staff.
  • Approve timecards and manage labor hours.
  • Process revenue, create, and manage an annual budget and expenditures.
  • Compile location sales data and coordinate with the Company’s audit team to ensure all revenue is captured timely and accurately.
  • Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
  • Work with vendors to ensure that the property is adequately supplied. 
  • Report all maintenance and equipment repairs to the client and assist as needed.
  • Manage the parking areas and ensure an efficient traffic flow through the location.

Accountability

  • The Parking Manager is responsible for ensuring the parking policies and procedures meet expectations and the management of team members including, being an integral part of the hiring, training, coaching and counseling processes, to ensure that performance standards are met.

Communication

  • Effective communication is vital for the Shift Manager role. They must maintain constant communication property management, site manager, customers, and guests.

About YOU:

  • A 4-year college degree is preferred but not required.  
  • Must have at least 3 years of managerial experience. 
  • Experience preparing and working within a budget.
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment, handle multiple tasks, and work within time constraints.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
  • Knowledge of and working skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Physical ability to move quickly and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
  • A willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a "Thank You"
  • Availability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
