Job description

MyDefenceis a leading provider of advanced counter-drone technology, delivering mission-critical solutions to defense, government, and security customers worldwide. With rapid growth in the U.S. market, the company is expanding its team and strengthening its operational capabilities.
To support this growth, we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational backbone of the sales organization and ensure accuracy and execution across the full sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales operations processes, ensuring alignment between sales, production, and finance. Your responsibilities include:
  • Own and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Manage pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting
  • Prepare and manage quotes, proposals and pricing structures
  • Ensure accuracy in configurations, BOMs and margin compliance
  • Maintain quote and purchase order documentation, including version control
  • Coordinate purchase orders across production, operations and finance teams
  • Align delivery timelines with production capacity and product availability
  • Support lead management, qualification and inside sales activities
  • Manage warranty and software license renewals and identify upsell opportunities
  • Improve processes, workflows and reporting structures across sales operations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations or similar roles
  • Experience working with defense products (not services) and familiarity with the U.S. defense market
  • Background supporting DoD or government-related sales processes
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Excel
  • Experience with pricing, BOMs and purchase order management
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible for U.S. security clearance

Additionally, experience within C-UAS, RF, electronic warfare, or similar defense technologies is preferred.
