A&M Home Services is hiring a Commercial Development Manager to drive business-to-business growth across our commercial services division. This role is focused on building strong relationships, generating new opportunities, and expanding our commercial client base through networking, outreach, and strategic follow-up.
This is a growth-focused sales and relationship role for someone who is confident in face-to-face networking, cold calling, and building long-term partnerships with property managers, builders, and commercial decision-makers.
What You'll Do
  • Develop new commercial business through cold calling, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, builders, general contractors and business owners
  • Work existing customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in the region
  • Attend networking events, industry meetings, and local business functions
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
