Costpoint System Administrator - with strong experience in supporting government contracting/defense industry Costpoint implementations.
Location: Remote
Contract- W2
Costpoint Experience: 5+ years
Role Expectations:
  • Administer, maintain, and support Deltek Costpoint ERP, Time & Expense, Cognos, and Cobra environments.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for Costpoint-related issues.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Costpoint and associated applications.
  • Manage Costpoint integrations, interfaces, and data exchange processes with enterprise applications.
  • Develop and support ETL processes and data migrations to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
  • Configure and support SSO, SAML authentication, SSL certificates, and application security.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Support infrastructure, server administration, and application performance monitoring related to Costpoint environments.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP Administration.
  • Experience supporting Deltek Time & Expense, Cobra, and Cognos Reporting.
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS, and database troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with SSIS, ETL development, and integration support.
  • Experience with Costpoint Web Services, extensibility, and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of SAML-based SSO, SSL certificate management, and application security.
  • Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and infrastructure support experience.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Familiarity with Azure, ServiceNow, VMware, Nutanix, and Hyper-V environments.
