The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®General Manager curates memorable experiences for our guests and the CBTL team daily. We are seeking friendly, dedicated, and creative Barista’s to provide our guests with the world’s finest quality coffee and tea experience. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with the clients while developing your skills in a variety of areas across the business. Many of our General Managers started off as Baristas!

Requirements/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations including opening, closing, staffing, and workflow efficiency
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and cleanliness
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll compliance
- Analyze sales reports and control expenses to meet financial goals
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Previous management experience in coffee shop, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management preferred
Physical Requirements
