***This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered. ***
As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a U.S. citizen.
This position provides direct support to the Defense Health Agency. The Business Analyst will perform task management via the Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2) and business analysis on task management processes to identify workflow efficiencies. The candidate will interface with key senior leaders within the Agency, as well as correspondence points of contact within the Department of Defense (DoD). Ideal candidates will have ETMS2 and/or Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) experience, great customer service, and DoD experience. This position provides a hybrid work schedule, with the duty location of Falls Church, VA. The duty hours for this position are 9 am-5 pm.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Business Analyst: $ 65,000-80,000
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Business Analyst Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform task management via ETMS2
  • Coordinate task extension requests on behalf of DHA
  • Pull reports as necessary
  • Coordinate with Agency POCs for task assistance
  • Conducts organizational studies and evaluations.
  • Conducts work simplification and measurement studies.
  • Prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Business Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and 3-years' business analyst experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Candidates must be US Citizens.
  • Candidates will be subject to a US Federal Government background investigation and must favorably pass a drug screen.
  • ETMS2 experience
  • CATMS experience
  • Familiarity with DoD correspondence processes
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and judgment skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
