What the role is about:
This role will be responsible for careful receiving, detailed inspection, cataloging, and management of production and facility consumables.  
What impact you’ll make: 
  • Establish and perform routine warehouse inventory management physically and electronically. 
  • Unload, unbox, and record incoming inventory.  
  • Careful inspection that receiving items matches purchase order and meeting quality standards. 
  • Work with quality team on sampling and performing QA inspection of primary packaging consumables and raw ingredients. 
  • Troubleshoot printers, scanner, and labeler as needed.  
  • Adhere to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility. 
  • Keep an organized warehouse supply. 
  • Restocking of production supply in designated area.  
  • Able to work independently as well as operating as part of a team. 
  • Participate in weekly meetings with other Managers for accurate inventory management. 
  • All other tasks, as determined by the General Manager to ensure smooth supply of warehouse inventory. 
Please note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities. Additional duties may be required as needed to support overall operations.
What you’ve accomplished:
  • 2 years of experience in inventory tracking or related field preferred 
  • Proficient in the use of excel and VBA preferred
  • Experiences operating forklift preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written  
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently  
  • Skilled in the use of power tools  
  • Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches 
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including off business hours as needed 
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel) 
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day
  • The schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Mexico Food Handler License to support safe and compliant handling of cannabis products.
