Marketing Coordinator

Verdes Cannabis | Albuquerque, NM
Pay: $18.00$20.00 per hour DOE | Full-Time

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in digital marketing? Verdes Cannabis is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help keep our ecommerce platforms, digital menus, promotions, and social media running smoothly across all six of our dispensary locations.

This position in an excellent opportunity to grow into digital marketing, ecommerce, and marketing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and banners in Dutchie across all Verdes locations.
  • Ensure online menus are accurate, current, and visually consistent.
  • Upload, resize, and organize digital marketing assets using Canva.
  • Schedule approved social media content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business.
  • Monitor scheduled posts and generate weekly marketing performance reports.
  • Coordinate digital assets and support product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with occasional delivery of marketing materials to store locations.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (marketing or communications coursework is a plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable learning digital platforms such as Dutchie, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media tools.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage recurring tasks independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Dutchie, Canva, or social media scheduling platforms.
  • Retail or cannabis industry experience.
  • Interest in building a career in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations.
