About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) Sales Strategy & Enablement organization. This highly visible role serves as a strategic advisor to GPL Commercial Banking (CB) Sales leadership, driving sales performance, business insights, growth initiatives, reporting strategy, sales enablement, and operational excellence across multiple client segments and lines of business.

The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will play a critical role in helping GPL Sales leaders translate business priorities into actionable strategies, delivering data-driven insights, influencing decision-making, and driving execution of initiatives that support growth, client engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.

In this role, you will:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to GPL Sales leadership across multiple client segments, providing business insights, performance analysis, and execution support to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead sales strategy and enablement activities, including business reviews, performance reporting, scorecards, goal management, growth campaigns, and sales governance initiatives.
  • Deliver executive-level insights, analyses, and recommendations that identify opportunities, risks, and actions to improve sales effectiveness, client engagement, and business performance.
  • Lead the resolution of complex business challenges and drive the development and implementation of scalable, cross-functional solutions.
  • Partner across sales, product, strategy, analytics, technology, operations, and line-of-business teams to execute strategic initiatives and enhance business processes, reporting capabilities, and operating routines.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization.
  • Support field readiness and adoption of strategic initiatives through change management, communications, training, and sales enablement activities.
  • Influence senior leaders and guide cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise priorities and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, Sales Strategy, or related experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting sales strategy, performance management, business reviews, scorecards, goal setting, growth campaigns, and sales governance programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience transforming sales, pipeline, client, operational, and financial data into actionable insights and executive recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience partnering with sales, product, strategy, analytics, technology, and operations teams to deliver business process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience developing forecasting models, goal allocation methodologies, reporting solutions, or AI-enabled automation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of new tools, business processes, reporting capabilities, and operating routines.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and consultative skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
