With strong operational capacity and established GC relationships, the organization is ready for a dedicated hunter who can expand its construction footprint and build long-term strategic partnerships.

This is a revenue-first leadership role focused on generating and closing commercial landscape construction opportunities. You will be the first dedicated business development hire for the construction division, operating with leadership support and the autonomy to build a book of business.
This is not an account management role.
This is not a maintenance sales position.
This is a true hunter role built around pipeline creation, strategic relationships, and contract awards.
