Position Overview

Cascade Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive loan volume growth through strategic partnerships across the manufactured housing industry.

This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives on developing relationships, winning new business, and growing market share. As the face of Cascade within your territory, you will build and strengthen partnerships with manufactured home retailers, communities, builders, and other key referral sources while serving as a trusted advisor on Cascade's industry-leading financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Growth & Market Development

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan designed to increase applications, loan volume, and market share.
  • Identify, prospect, and establish new retailer, community, builder, and referral relationships.
  • Grow production within existing accounts through strategic account management and partner engagement.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities and referral sources.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as Cascade's primary representative within your assigned territory.
  • Build strong executive-level and operational relationships with retailers, community operators, and industry partners.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual partner meetings to strengthen engagement and drive production.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting referral partners throughout the loan process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by recommending financing solutions tailored to partner and borrower needs.

What you will need to join Cascade

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in business development, outside sales, or relationship management roles within the Manufactured home industry.
  • Experience developing and growing referral-based business channels.
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Frequent travel within assigned territory is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mortgage, banking, financial services, manufactured housing, or indirect lending experience.
  • Existing relationships within the manufactured housing, retail, builder, or community segments.
  • Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership teams and large groups.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals and market growth objectives.

Training & Education

  • Train retailer sales associates, managers, and ownership groups on Cascade products, processes, and technology.
  • Conduct sales meetings, workshops, webinars, and presentations designed to increase partner adoption and loan volume.
  • Ensure business partners remain informed on product updates, underwriting changes, and industry trends.
