We are growing our team and are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Event Producer to support our Sales and Operations teams throughout the planning and execution process. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and events, with a clear growth path into an Event Sales position.

  What You'll Do

As an Event Producer, you'll serve as the project manager behind each event, ensuring every detail is coordinated from initial planning through post-event follow-up. You'll collaborate closely with clients, sales professionals, culinary teams, operations, and outside vendors to deliver seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on CxRA venues, services, and catering offerings.
  • Build strong client relationships while serving as a brand ambassador.
  • Support the Sales team by preparing proposals and event materials.
  • Attend client meetings, venue walkthroughs, and planning sessions.
  • Create and maintain detailed event production documents and timelines.
  • Coordinate rentals, staffing requests, beverage requisitions, permits, and vendor logistics.
  • Design and update event floorplans.
  • Partner with Culinary and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Provide regular production updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in weekly sales and production meetings.
  • Assist with additional event planning responsibilities as needed.

 Previous catering, hospitality, or event planning experience preferred.
