Title: Operations Manager                             

Overview:  The Operations Manager will direct our day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, taking on duties that encompass scheduling, supervision.

 

Examples of Duties/Essential Functions:

 

●        Oversee and manage all Rental Operations

●        Manage all receiving and distribution operations

●        Track productivity to meet company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiency

●        Train warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development

●        Coordinate and manage logistics

●        Plan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow

●        Approval of all subrental purchases

●        Create and submit all pull sheets and purchase orders

●        Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse

●        Enforce company policies and procedures

●        Other duties as assigned

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements: 

●        High School diploma or equivalent

●        Minimum 3-4 years’ experience working in a similar warehouse environment

●        1-2 years’ experience supervising a team

●        Proficient in basic computer software programs; Google Suite products a plus

●        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

●        The ability to lift/and move up 70 lbs. regularly

●        Ability to maintain work in a fast-paced environment

●        Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes

●        Excellent organizational and time management skills

●        Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
