As a Senior Manager supporting the Banking & Trust Services (BTS) Shared Employee Program (SEP), you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness of an enterprise-wide program that supports intercompany employee allocation and regulatory requirements.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site 4 days a week in the specified location(s): Westlake-TX 

This role combines program leadership, stakeholder management, data analytics, process improvement, and third-party oversight responsibilities. You will partner across business functions to drive program execution, enhance reporting and automation capabilities, strengthen governance, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and corporate policies.

Shared Employee Program Leadership
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for the Shared Employee Program (SEP) methodology and related processes.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization to identify shared employees and apply appropriate allocation methodologies.
  • Lead ongoing administration, monitoring, education, and governance activities to maintain compliance with program requirements.
  • Analyze and validate large data sets to support program accuracy and reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance automated workflows and reporting solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop dashboards and business insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, training materials, and program documentation to support audit and regulatory expectations.
  • Build strong partnerships across stakeholder groups to drive alignment, process improvements, and program adoption.
  • Support audits, regulatory examinations, and enterprise governance activities.
Third-Party Oversight & Risk Management
  • Execute ongoing monitoring activities in alignment with Third-Party Service Provider Risk Management requirements.
  • Partner with business owners and subject matter experts to address vendor issues, performance concerns, and escalations.
  • Monitor third-party performance against established service expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Evaluate financial and operational viability of third-party providers and identify associated risks.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans when needed.
  • Influence continuous improvement of oversight practices, service-level reporting, and governance processes
