Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Banking Services Operations Associate on behalf of our client, a leading financial organization in Wilmington, DE. In this role, you will support complex banking operations by conducting research, reviewing banking and legal documentation, and resolving operational issues across multiple business lines. You will collaborate with internal partners and external vendors, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and contribute to the efficient execution of critical operational processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of banking operations functions, including processing transactions, reviewing and validating documentation, performing research, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve routine inquiries, adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, and help ensure operational accuracy, quality, and risk management standards are met.

  • Research, investigate, and resolve transaction exceptions, process discrepancies, and operational issues.
  • Review and interpret banking and legal documents for internal processing.
  • Support multiple banking systems, products, and business lines.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors to resolve procedural issues.
  • Ensure work is completed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Escalate operational issues when appropriate and assist with timely resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
